The author of the drawing is Australian street art artist Fintan Magee. The image is very realistic and very melancholic. Drops flowing from the girl's hands and hair are not a defect in paint washed out by the rain, but a deliberately used technique. It's called “Message” graffiti.

Fintan Magee (the artist's pseudonym and real name coincide) grew up in an artistic family — his father is an artist, and his mother is engaged in architecture. Graffiti by this author can now be seen not only in his homeland, in the Australian city of Lismore, but also in different parts of Europe.
