The picture was painted by the ZukClub association, and the initiator and customer was the Moscow Department of Fuel and Energy Economy. In its style, the drawing resembles the works of Soviet artists - similar frescoes can be found at metro stations in different cities and as an element of decor on the buildings of city councils and similar institutions.

The main idea of the authors was to show what power man has achieved in handling natural resources — the human hand in the image breaks through the clouds and covers the sun with his fingers.
