The unusual “tower” is made in an original style, which experts often call “Russian pattern”. It was typical for Medieval Russia — boyars and wealthy merchants lived in such houses.
The modern “teremok” includes all the external signs of its progenitor: there are platbands, a huge number of decorating elements of the facade and, of course, the top of the house is decorated with a carved turret. However, the internal “filling” of the house is not inferior to any modern building — all the technical and engineering innovations are present here.
By the way, unusual beauty is present only on the front facade — the courtyard of the “tower” is no different from the usual Moscow courtyards.
