Evergreen Garden Spray
Only those who do not look at their feet can notice the beauty of the “Evergreen Garden”: an amazing graffiti the size of a seven-story building is safely hidden in the courtyard of the Consultative and Diagnostic Center Turner Orthopedic Institute.
The authors, the “Let's Paint Everything” graffiti team, turned a plain yellow wall into a wonderful summer garden. It was occupied by colorful flower beds, huge painted windows, arches and happy children with their parents. At the entrance, every visitor is personally met by Heinrich Turner, a German orthopedic surgeon named after the Institute.
The opening of the graffiti in November 2016 was attended by the Governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko. Now that St. Petersburg is again covered by gray rains or in the cold of winter, there is a place in the city where the summer is eternal — with colorful flowers, lush clouds and trees up to the sky.
