architectural and educational tourist center “Mini City”

“Mini City” opened on June 5, 2011 and became one of the pearls of the Alexander Park. The center of the composition is a sculptural group depicting architects and pioneers of St. Petersburg. Here you will see Rastrelli and Rossi, Trezzini and de Tomon, Montferran and Bazhenov, Zakharova and Voronikhin. Around there are works of architects in miniature: St. Isaac's Cathedral, Stock Exchange with Rostral Columns, Admiralty, Peter and Paul Fortress. Copies of monuments to Kutuzov and Barclay de Tolly, Pushkin and Peter I occupy a prominent place.

Above all this beauty rises the figure of St. Petersburg's patron Saint Peter, who holds the keys to the city in his hands and thoughtfully looks at the bronze map, as if looking into the future of North capital city.
