Some say that many objects can be seen even better from here than from Vorobyovy Gory. The view of the city from the site near the Russian Academy of Sciences is really amazing, and there are relatively few visitors. The site is open 24 hours a day and admission is free. It is not difficult to get to the observation deck. You need to walk about 700 meters from the Leninsky Prospekt metro station towards the visible Russian Academy of Sciences past the high monument to Yuri Gagarin.
