The 25-hectare park is located between Khoroshevskoye Shosse and Leningradsky Prospekt. Previously, they wanted to build a shopping center, churches and an additional transport interchange on this site, but environmental activists won, and in 2014 they announced a competition for the best concept of the future green zones. The winning company proposed to make aviation the main theme of Khodynka Field (previously an airfield was located on this site). Therefore, the gates here have turned into gates, and recreation areas into terminals. According to the concept, there are three of them. Construction continued until the end of summer 2018, and in September of the same year, the park received its first visitors.

Today, there are many sports and observation decks, flower beds and art objects for large and young guests. By the way, local residents had a hand in the infrastructure: they made proposals on what they would like to see in the project, and the builders listened to them.

Each terminal of Khodynka Pole has its own theme and specifics. Lovers of quiet family walks can safely go to Terminal A with observation decks, a meadow and a vegetable garden, where they offer to plant and grow their own vegetables. Supporters of outdoor activities are waiting in Terminal B. There is a trampoline center here, concerts, sports events, football, basketball and tennis games are held here. Terminal C with attractions, administrative buildings and a bicycle path became a kind of transit. From here, it is easy to get to the metro and residential area. There is also a light and music fountain in the park.
