In the modern world, everyone is accustomed to freedom of speech, and not many people can imagine what it is like to not be able to say or write what you think about. But freedom of speech, like democracy, did not always exist. There were times when people for whom it is important to be heard had to achieve this in all possible ways and tricks, in constant fear of arrest.
