The house is unique in all respects, and therefore its project, and then the building itself, have earned many prestigious architectural awards. The main creator of Copper House, the famous contemporary architect Sergey Skuratov, decided to use for cladding a material that has not yet been seen in the exterior of the capital's buildings: patinated copper. Moreover, patinated in different shades. This material is not only beautiful, but also durable, and the healing properties of copper are legendary.

Each of the four buildings, connected by glazed galleries, has its own highlight in the decoration: it is not only copper, but also marble, and glass panels with a slope at different angles. The cubes of buildings were raised above the ground due to the gallery passage, columns, consoles fixed at the level of the second floor. The first floor of the building is occupied by offices of various companies and organizations, the rest are occupied by elite housing. The end of the building is decorated with mirror plates. The only inconvenience is the lack of loggias and balconies, which sacrificed the beauty of the facades.

All this can be seen by an outside observer, but the comfort and practical effect of the technologies used are given to a few lucky people who can afford to have housing worth several million dollars. Built by Copper House in 2004.
