Together with the Moscow Tower, the Saint Petersburg Tower forms a complex called the City of Capitals. The word “city” in the name of this grandiose complex can be understood literally with a certain assumption. After all, the total usable area of these two buildings is comparable to the area of apartments in a typical microdistrict consisting of sixty five-story buildings in an average city.
