It should be noted that the park was in a rather abandoned state, so the changes came in handy.

In September, the renovated park was opened after reconstruction. Yuri Grigoryan, a well-known Moscow architect, became the architect of the project. Now there are bicycle paths here, and the fence has disappeared. Instead, the park is framed by vandal-proof shops with granite seats.

In addition to a completely updated lighting system, landscaped areas, new toilets and catering outlets, there are as many as four playgrounds, a gym and dance areas, as well as a stage for holding holidays. The central object that attracts visitors here is the squirrel. And modern outdoor furniture and free Wi-Fi make the park convenient not only for recreation, but also for work. There are also unique single benches in the park — it is believed that you do not have to share a bench with anyone. There are also gazebos in the park.

The design of both gazebos and park paths is interesting: all of them are made with the use of wood. The park has a variety of exercise equipment, each of which is equipped with detailed instructions. There are also special stands with bags for dog owners. There is a tiny pond in the park, with a fountain in the center.

Goncharovsky Park also has a small ice rink with artificial ice. There is a skate rental shop at the rink.
