In 1936, the Moscow City Palace of Children's Creativity (Palace of Pioneers) was founded, which is located in a picturesque place on Vorobyovy Gory. This Palace is the largest institution in the system of general children's education. It houses studios and laboratories of technical and art workshops, as well as various sports schools, clubs and creative teams not only for children, but also for adults.

Today, more than 20 departments and centers of additional education operate in the Palace of Pioneers. These are centers for technical, artistic, environmental and space education, a water sports complex, the Theater of Young Muscovites and more. Every child will find something to do according to their interests. Enrollment in clubs takes place before the start of the school year.
