Few people know, but the egg house is adjacent to the neighboring eight-story building. The building of this non-standard shape was planned as an exclusive apartment in this residential complex. According to another version, it is like a building of a maternity ward. The total area of the building is almost 350 m² over four floors. However, the owner for this “Faberge egg” has not yet been found - probably due to the impressive cost of exotic apartments.

To get the “toy” red color that passers-by can see today, colored ceramics were used in the decoration. The building itself consists of a metal frame filled with bricks from the inside. The roof of the “egg” is covered with copper.

The ceiling height on each floor is 3.2 meters and the attic is five meters high. The house has four rooms, two kitchens, a sauna. The upper floor can be reached via a spiral staircase or a small elevator. In addition, the house has its own access to the underground garage of the residential complex.
