The park was designed by American landscape architect Jerry Van Eyck. The recreation area covers 10 hectares and includes a green area with trees and flower beds, an original pond and a pergola gazebo. The park got its name from the forest that was located on this site before the construction of an automobile plant began here.

The main attraction of the Tuffle Grove is an artificial pond with clear blue water, which resembles a lagoon with a tropical beach. Its depth is only one meter, but this will not prevent you from sunbathing on the shore and relaxing with friends in hot weather. An ideal water transparency is provided by a multi-level treatment complex.

Adjacent to the pond is a pergola — a long gazebo canopy. The canopy stretches for more than a kilometer, covering the walking path and protecting visitors from the scorching sun and possible bad weather. The observation deck offers an excellent panoramic view of the park and the ZIL art cluster. The park has a children's complex and sports area, an amphitheater with 100 seats. About 4,000 trees and lots of flowers are planted in the park.
