The bridge is 217 meters long and 16 meters wide and is built of glass and concrete and rises 14 meters above the river. On the lower level of the bridge there is a glass-enclosed Aquarius shopping gallery. Moving sidewalks — travelators — are installed for pedestrians. There is an observation deck in the middle of the upper level. Stairs, elevators and escalators connect the bridge levels.
